The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, as it was within easy reach of all the main sites but away from the crowds. It was conveniently close to two boat stops, making it easy to get around Venice. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The breakfast provided was great, with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

The location was perfect, situated between the San Basilio and Zattere water ferry stops. It was in a quieter area, away from the crowds, but still within easy reach of all the main sites on foot. In the evenings, I enjoyed being right on the canal, watching the boats go by. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering me a free upgrade and even providing a breakfast box when I had to check out early. The breakfast itself was delicious, with a good choice of continental and hot foods.

The hotel provided excellent service from the minute I arrived. I received a warm welcome from reception and was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and all the public areas had readily available hand sanitizing stations. The hotel facilities were stylish and of a high standard. The breakfast was fantastic, with courteous staff and a great variety of options. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions and good restaurants, yet away from the noise and crowds.

The location was perfect, in a quiet area but still close to all the main tourist areas. It was a welcome relief to be away from the crowded areas of the city. The hotel was very clean and had beautiful modern décor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast provided a great selection of both sweet and savory dishes. the hotel was conveniently located near the vaporetto stop at San Basilio, making it easy to explore the city.
Hard to think of anything negative. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we couldn't find any faults.
