The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in every department, from reception to breakfast to housekeeping. They even provided us with coffee and warm croissants when we had to check out early for our flight. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and right next to a bus stop for tours and airport transfers. Plus, the rooms were sparkling clean and had very comfortable beds.

The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, as we were within walking distance to many of the sites and shops on Laugavegur. the hotel's proximity to the main street and the number 12 bus stop right outside made transportation incredibly convenient. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide range of options to choose from. Lastly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable and hassle-free.
