We loved the location right next to the river in the centre of this city. It made it easy for us to explore the beautiful waterfront and enjoy walks along the riverbank. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and we were impressed with the attention to detail. the staff were very helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
No negatives from this place. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

The hotel had a fantastic location close to the Duoro river, Ribeira, and the great ocean front. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was one of the best I've had in a hotel.- The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location by the Riverside was perfect - I could enjoy beautiful views of the river and even catch stunning sunsets from the rooftop bar. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering a comfortable and spacious room with a large balcony and a well-appointed bathroom. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I appreciated the ample storage space for my belongings. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any tourist questions I had. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with the rooms being exceptionally clean and nice. The hotel facilities were beautifully renovated, and we were particularly impressed with the rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed a breathtaking sunset view. The staff at the hotel were the nicest ever, making us feel incredibly welcome during our stay. The location on the riverbank of Douro was also a great advantage, providing a calm and scenic setting while still being near the centre of the city. There were also various restaurants within easy walking distance, offering a diverse range of dining options.
